Can I buy in the Dominican Republic while living in the U.S.?
Yes. Many Dominican and international buyers purchase from abroad. I’ll walk you through the process at your appointment, and here’s a guide: Buying in the DR from abroad (in Spanish).
Are there payment plans?
Yes, depending on the project. At your appointment we review each option’s payment plan and what fits your budget.
What does “0% taxes” mean?
Some projects have exemptions under the CONFOTUR law, which are approved project by project. At your appointment I’ll show you which ones apply and what they cover: CONFOTUR: what it covers (in Spanish).
What should I bring to my appointment?
A rough idea of your budget and how you plan to pay (cash, financing or a payment plan). That way I’ll only show you what makes sense for you.
What if I can’t make it to the fair?
Choose “I can’t make it, but I’d like information” in the form and we’ll set up a video call with Luz.
